We have sort of got the UK site under way for the people of Northern Ireland, Scotland , England & Wales.  Could not hold it off any longer, had to stop spending all the time design and developing and start pushing it and getting people using the site, giving feedback and engaging.  As anyone who has a website or has built a website it is never complete and you can never please everyone.  The sooner you get it out in to the public your users will quickly tell you what they like and don't like.

So when faced with such a large work load, limited resources and having to wear many different hats and do different roles you have to prioritise and work that little bit harder.  Enough time has been spent on developing the infrastructure there are a few issues with some parts but minor.  The ability to rate and review Politicians does not require users to register or sign in and is fully working.  Politicians profiles are being updated as and when they start engaging.  The focus now is on building up strategic channel partners to link with, having the R8 Your Politician link on some high profile blogs and websites will help build the exposure and traffic and user base.  

Newspapers and media organisations are being contacted to help secure working relationships which will be mutually beneficial to both.  R8 Your Politician has a few web applications that can integrate with Newspapers and media websites to give users an added feature to rate their politician.
